Information you share
When you join our early list, we ask for your name, email, preferred city or neighborhood, interests and related preferences. When you submit an event inquiry, we may also collect company details, phone number, group size, budget, dates and your event or collaboration idea.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to requests, understand where people would like experiences, contact you about the early list you subscribed to, and plan potential workshops or events. Optional marketing messages are sent only if you opt in. We do not sell your contact details.
How submissions are handled
Our website processes form submissions using Cloudflare Workers and stores responses in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare Turnstile may process verification information to protect forms against spam. Our site administrator accesses submitted information to manage waitlist and event inquiries. We restrict database access to authorized organizers.
Choices & requests
You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you've submitted by emailing theoffbeathours@gmail.com. You can also unsubscribe from early-list updates by contacting us or using the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email. We keep information only as long as needed for the stated purposes and applicable requirements.
